3 things you need to do to keep weight off for good!

1️⃣ Plan ahead.... If your rubbish at meal prep or have failed in the past to do this over and over again then it's worth paying for calorie counted meals with good macros and high in protein, this way you can't fail for your lunch or dinner.

2️⃣Eat similar meals at similar times if you get the first day right, protein carbs and fats spot on then all of your days will be similar for example- bacon medallion sandwich for breakfast or change that to eggs or low fat sausages. Lunch time chicken wrap, change the filling to tuna, turkey slices roast beef etc, snacks different flavoured protein Yogurts or protein drinks with a different piece of fruit each day just keep it similar but change it up.

3️⃣If you want to lose 2 stone then break that into weekly goals and determine how long it will take to reach! Use the OW calorie calculator to determine your own individual calories then use the calorie conscious recipe book to choose your meals for the week then next week or change your meals to different ones. Remember you have a life and don't want to restrict yourself so much that your social life disappears and your unhappy during the process. A coach can help you map this out.
