Try this recipe out. I would batch make these, sometimes id even have them for breakfast with a cup of coffee if I'm feeling like something sweet in the morning. This is high protein and this means it will stand by you and keep you feeling fuller and more satisfied, you'll be less likely to snack on the wrong foods that will take you further away from your goal.

Healthy Caramel Cheesecake (Leave overnight or prep a few in advance)


120g 0% Fage yoghurt (excellent for your gut health)

30g whey protein vanilla 

1 tsp granulated sweetener

2 Weetabix 50ml milk 10g caramel drizzle

optional, add some berries for nutrients and minerals
