Have you written down your Health/Fitness or Body Goals?

I think its really important to set short and long term goals! Goals to make you jump out of bed in the morning and get working towards!

If your not fulfilled, if your not happy, if you feel there's more to life, more you could be sharing with the world, get up off your ass and start doing it.

Set your short, set your long term goal, set dates for both and get to work. I understand the confusion, how am i going to do it?

Just do small things each day do this for 1 week 7 days of small steps adds up. Just start, you can do anything you set your mind to.

For example you want to lose 14lbs in 7 weeks, that works out at 2lbs per week which can be done but weight loss isn't linear so maybe give yourself 8 weeks to allow for this.
