1️⃣ Drinking minimum 2.5ltrs water DAILY
2️⃣ Hitting your calories and macros as closely as you can DAILY
3️⃣ Getting 10K steps in DAILY or 70k a week
4️⃣ Training min x4per Week
5️⃣ Tracking everything you consume even if it is milk in your tea, be accountable and honest with yourself.
If you cover all these bases daily and weekly, then you are doing everything you can and you can be happy knowing your results will show as a result of this and if your not getting the results, have a look and see what you could improve on👌
