I weigh the same in both these photos but i look different!!

What's the difference? Green Bikini 1400 calories before holidays Black Bikini 1900 calories and increasing ( a few days ago) 🤯 I WEIGH THE SAME🤯

🤯You can't always diet or be in a deficit otherwise your body will just adapt to it and plateau. Increasing calories, every week or 2 weeks according to assessing myself (weight and photos) 📸

I'm training 5/6 times per week and not doing any cardio. My aim is to build muscle, get strong af, eat good food and then diet down and see what progress iv made with not ever having to drop to 1400 calories again to be in a deficit because I absolutely love food and I was really hungry at 1400 always thinking about when my next meal was😂 and it wasn't enjoyable thankfully it was a short period 👌

Even coming out of a deficit to maintenance calories for a period of time will help improve your training and body.
