This is a massive inspirational post for my recent online client who has relapsing & remitting MS, struggles with fatigue and is menopausal. She said "Success would look like clothes starting to fit a bit more & feeling happier that weight stopped going up & body more toned"
Unsure about what would suit her because she is gym shy, we worked out a structured home plan and put measures in place for when she was really fatigued or struggled to do some exercises, she followed a real life diet, enjoyed weekends away, overnight stays and off plan meals and still got amazing results. I am very proud to say that she has lost an incredible 7.8kg ( over a stone ). The main thing to take away from this that even when your faced with more challenging circumstances you can overcome.
