Let them doubt you.
Let them roll their eyes when you say you’re starting again.
Let them call it “obsessive” when you start prioritising your health.
Let them act like your progress makes them uncomfortable.
Let them.

You don’t need to explain yourself, prove yourself, or shrink yourself just to keep others comfortable.

As a coach for women on fat loss journeys, I see this all the time, women holding themselves back out of fear of what other people might think.

But this journey? It’s not for them.

It’s for YOU.
Your goals.🫶

Your health.🫀
Your confidence.✨

Let them.
And then, watch what happens when you stop trying to control how others feel about your growth, and start stepping into your power.
