2️⃣ Dumbbell Step Ups 10 each leg x4 sets

3️⃣ Barbell Elevated RDL 12 reps x4 sets

4️⃣ Dumbbell Reverse Lunge 10 each leg x4 sets

5️⃣ Banded Donkey Kicks into Fire Hydrant 15 each leg x4 sets
