Every single person will go through periods when they're more or less motivated!

What determines whether you succeed or fail is your consistency despite motivation.

➡️Mess up at the weekend, back on it on Monday.🍕

➡️Eat a meal off plan, make sure the next meal is on plan.🍟

➡️Miss a training session, get back at it the next day.🏋️

➡️Eat chocolate on your period but feel guilty? DONT! Simply make it fit your calories/ macros 🍫🍪

Need motivation, get a friend to do it with you.👭

Need accountability? Get a coach.🧠

You always have a choice and you can always come back from small setbacks but being consistent will always bring you success! 🔑
