Almond Blueberry Overnight Oats
40g oats
250ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 tsp chia seeds
½ tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp sliced almonds
½ medium banana, sliced
Handful of blueberries

Mix oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla in a container. Seal the container & place in the fridge overnight. In the morning, stir oats and top with almonds, sliced banana, and blueberries.
