Cheesy Ham Buns

2 whole eggs 3 egg whites 100g lean ham 30g grated low low or light cheese Add in some veg (peppers, onions etc)



Chop your ham into small pieces, do the same with your chosen veggies, whisk your eggs together then combine all ingredients and give it a good mix. Spray a muffin tin with fry light or low calorie spray, fill the cups with the mixture and bake in the oven for 20mins until golden, this will make enough for 2 days, you could also have these as a snack just heat them for a few few seconds in the microwave.
