Chocolate & Nut French Toast

200ml  liquid egg whites 3 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 slices whole-grain bread under 100 calories per slice 1 tablespoon peanut butter (no added sugar)


In a bowl, whisk together egg whites, cocoa powder and vanilla extract, then soak bread in egg mixture, one slice at a time, until all the egg is absorbed. Add the bread to a pre heated non stick pan (medium heat) and cook until  golden brown on both sides, once cooked spread peanut butter on and enjoy!
