Classic Muesli

500g natural yogurt 1 tsp elder-flower cordial 20g dried apricots,chopped 50g jumbo rolled oats


Tip the yogurt out into a bowl and stir through the elder-flower cordial,apricots and oats.If it is too thick,add a little water and stir again. Serve immediately or scoop back into the yogurt pot and chill overnight, so the oats and yogurt are soaked through and ready for tomorrow's breakfast.
