Dijon Salmon Steak

1 medium salmon steak 1tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp dijon mustard 1tbsp olive oil 3 garlic gloves Parsely Asparagus


Mix lemon, mustard, olive oil and finely chopped garlic together and coat the top of the salmon then wrap it in tin foil and bake for 15-20mins also roast your asparagus in the oven with the salmon. Serve with side salad of your choice.
