Easy Chilli & Rice

125g low fat turkey mince 3 tbsp tomato puree 200ml water 1 vegetable stock cube 1 onion & 1/3 tin of red kidney beans 1tbsp garlic salt + black pepper + cumin +chilli powder+ smoked paprika 1/2 microwave bag basmatti rice


Cook mince on a hot pan with garlic salt, black pepper, cumin and chilli powder. Add chopped onion and kidney beans to the pan. Add your stock cube to boiling water and stir then add it along with the puree to the pan, depending on how thick you like your chilli add water accordingly. When all is cooked, pop your rice into the microwave and then serve both together. This meal can be prepped in advance and can be made in the slow cooker also.
