Honey & Lemon Chicken (low carb recipe)

1 medium chicken breast 1 lemon 2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp light soy sauce 2 tbsp cornflour chilli flakes green beans



Cut chicken into small cubes and add it to a pre heated pan to cook along with chopped green beans, use fry light if needed. while its cooking make your sauce by combining soy sauce, honey, chilli flakes, 1 full lemon squeezed and cornflour into a sauce pan and heat until its nice and thick then add your cooked chicken and green beans to it and mix altogether.  (you can serve with rice or cauliflower rice etc)
