Peanut Butter Slice

1 slice of wholemeal bread (around 100 calories) 1/2 banana 1 tbsp peanut butter (smooth or crunchy) Sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)

Perfect if you in a hurry, toast the bread, chop up banana into slices, spread peanut butter add banana on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
