Raspberry Cheesecake Smoothie

1 handful frozen raspberries 250ml unsweetened almond milk 3 tbsp lowfat cottage cheese 1/2 large ripe banana, peeled, cut into chunks, and frozen 1/2 tsp raspberry or vanilla extract

Add all ingredients to the blender until smooth, add water to get preferred consistency and enjoy.
