Smoked Bacon Pasta

100g protein penne pasta (from asda) (cooked weight) 4 smoked bacon medallions Cherry tomatoes halved Scallions, finely chopped Thousand island sauce (30ml) asda


Great for meal prep. Boil pasta in large sauce pan of boiling water for 10-12mins, stir occasionally. Cook medallions under the grill, once the pasta is cooked, drain it then chop up your bacon and add it to the pasta with tomatoes and scallions they add your sauce.
