Spicy Tuna Melt

1 tin tuna (brine or water) 1 tbsp light mayonnaise 1 tsp Dijon mustard dried chilli flakes x2 slices wholemeal bread 1/2 pepper chopped into small pieces 20g grated mozzarella


Drain the fish, add mayo and mustard. sprinkle chilli flakes  throughout, give it a good mix then spoon the mixture onto each slice of bread, add cheese on top and out them under the grill to brown slightly.
