Steak Bowl

1/2 packet microwave basmatti rice 6 spring onions good hanful of broccoli (florets), cut into bite-sized pieces 3 sundried tomatoes chopped 225g lean steak 2 tbsp light soy sauce 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce


Heat a non-stick frying pan and slice the steak into strips then cook them (how you like) add broccoli to boiling water for 3-5 minutes, then add in spring onion and tomatoes to the steak along with soy sauce and sweet chilli.  Heat the rice in microwave, drain broccoli and serve on the bed of rice with steak on top.
