Strawberry Proats

40g Oats 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Whey or Plant protein 200-250ml Unsweetened Almond, Soya or Coconut Milk or use water Handful of berries Fresh or Frozen 1 tsp chia seeds


Microwave oats and milk or water for 1 minute in a microwaveable bowl, then add in protein powder, give it a good mix and microwave until preferred consistency, add berries and chia seeds over the top and enjoy.
