Very Berry Smoothie

4 tbsp Low Fat or Fat Free Greek Yogurt 1 Handful Frozen berries (bluberries, raspberries, blackberries etc) 250ml Semi Skimmed Milk or (almond, soya etc) Simply add everything to a blender and blend, you can also freeze this the night before and let it thaw to enjoy throughout your morning. Banana is also a great ingredient.
