The Inside Job consists of 4 home workouts demonstrated by me. You have seven days to complete each weekly workout. Don't worry, no equipment is necessary to complete the workout, feel free to use water weights if you don't have dumbbells. 


The Inside Job comes complete with Nutritional advice on how to track and record your calorie intake, including tips for recording macros on My Fitness Pal. We also advise you on the number of calories recommended to suit your goals. 


Daily meal and snack ideas and low calorie recipes are also provided which you can access at any time so you never run out of tasty meal ideas!


Once your plan is purchased, you will receive an individual link to your program via email. Download your plan and you will gain access to the program 3 days prior to it starting.
